FRED J. KLINE, MBA, CPA
Founder and President of Kline & Company, Fred has
been an accountant since 1982. His general areas of specialization
include accounting, taxation and small business consulting;
primarily with high technology and professional service
companies. Fred has a particular expertise in consulting
with Federal Government Contractors and representing DOD
clients for DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) audits.
Fred's professional affiliations include membership in the
New Hampshire Society of CPA's, the AICPA, and the Nashua
Chamber of Commerce. Fred holds his undergraduate accounting
degree from Bentley University and an MBA from Babson College.
He also holds the recognition of attaining the highest grade
in the State of New Hampshire for the November 1991 CPA
Examination.

PAULINE M. FRITZ
MANAGER OF OFFICE OPERATIONS
Pauline began her career at Kline & Company in 1996. She
manages the office team and the day to day operations of
Kline & Company. Pauline also manages the firm's computer
systems and has attended many specialized courses in computer
applications. Pauline holds a Certificate in PC Applications
as a result of having completed a 900 hour program. Pauline
also has many years experience in the preparation of individual
income tax returns.

WILLIAM D. CUMMINGS, ENROLLED AGENT
Bill began working in the accounting field in 1997 and
has gained an extensive amount of experience in both private
and public accounting. He is extremely proficient in numerous
computer applications. Bill is a Certified QuickBooks Pro
Advisor and offers training and support to our clients.
Bill is an Enrolled Agent, enrolled to practice before the
Internal Revenue Service and possesses a significant amount
of experience in the preparation of complex individual and
business tax returns, both on the Federal and State levels.
Bill's experience also includes providing accounting support
to Federal Government Contractors. Bill's professional affiliations
are as a member of National Association of Tax Professionals
and the National Association of Enrolled Agents.

JESSICA A. CIACCIO
MANAGER OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Jessica joined Kline & Company in 2002. The first impression
that Jess gives to our clients, whether in person or by
telephone, helps them feel welcome and part of the Kline
& Company team. Jess greets our clients, schedules appointments
and works on various client projects. Jess also purchases
the firm's supplies, coordinates the workflow within our
office and assembles the final tax returns for delivery
to our clients.

THOMAS J. MARTIN, MBA, CPA
Tom has broad experience from his previous positions as
lecturer, consultant and accounting executive. Having worked
for many years as a Supervisory Auditor and Technical Specialist
for the Defense Contract Audit Agency, Tom has superior
accounting and tax qualifications for government contractors.
His experience in engineering and manufacturing also provides
wide knowledge of private sector tax and accounting issues.
He is a veteran of the United States Navy and the United
States Marine Corps. Tom's professional affiliations include
membership in the Massachusetts Society of CPA's and the
AICPA. Tom holds his undergraduate accounting degree from
Merrimack College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

SHEREE M. DEFEO, MBA
Sheree possesses broad experience in corporate accounting
with expertise ranging from operations to financial reporting.
She handles a broad range of projects for Kline & Company
by applying her extensive experience in budgeting, spreadsheet
analysis and accounting/tax software. Sheree also has significant
experience supporting the accounting, tax and government
requirements for a variety of businesses. Sheree also serves
the firm as the Accounting Outsourcing and Internal Control
Specialist with an emphasis on the core service requirements
of Federal Government Contractors. Sheree holds her undergraduate
degree in finance and accounting from Dundalk Regional Technical
College (Ireland) and an MBA from Rivier College.

ROBERT C. STRANDFELDT, MSA, CPA
Bob has held a number of staff and management positions
within public accounting and the health care industry. His
specialty areas include municipalities and school districts,
nonprofit organizations, pension plans, construction contractors
and small to mid-sized privately held companies. Bob is
skilled in the preparation of financial statements and tax
returns, the use of various accounting and tax software
and has provided training on these and various other subject
areas to the members of the Kline & Company team. Bob is
a veteran of the United States Army and holds membership
in the AICPA. Bob received his undergraduate degree in economics
and management summa cum laude from Franklin Pierce
University and holds an MSA from Bentley University.

DANIELLE L. DUBOIS
INTERN
Danielle serves Kline & Company as an Intern and helps
Kline & Company with office administration and many various
office duties while she is enrolled in college. She is a
member of the Air Force National Guard stationed at Barnes
Air National Guard 104th Fighter Wing in Westfield, MA having
graduated from basic training in August 2009. Danielle is
currently enrolled in the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

PAUL G. GRUMMETT, MST, CPA
Paul has gained considerable varied experience through
a career devoted to both private and public accounting.
His private accounting experience has been accomplished
within worldwide and regional public companies and smaller
privately held and managed local companies. He has experience
in the areas of retail, wholesale, manufacturing, importing,
distribution and research based companies. His experience
also includes a background in Federal Government Contractor
accounting positions within medium and large government
contractor organizations. Much of this private accounting
experience has been gained through Treasurer, Controller
and Chief Accounting Manager appointments. Paul's public
experience has been gained through association with New
Hampshire and Massachusetts CPA firms. Paul's professional
affiiations include membershp in the New Hampshire Society
of CPA's and the AICPA. Paul holds both his undergraduate
accounting degree and an MST fro Bentley University.

MALCOLM D. YOUNG
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Mac worked as a master tax preparer with a national tax
preparation firm for a period of eight years. During the
time of this association he held the credential as an Enrolled
Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. After his service
in the tax field, Mac joined the Defense Contract Audit
Agency (DCAA) serving Government Contractors in Maine and
New Hampshire. Mac attained the status of DCAA Senior Auditor
during his eight year tenure and also served as guest instructor
at the Defense Contract Audit Institute in Memphis, TN.
Mac has government audit experience within many different
size contractors in various industries but particularly
enjoys working with companies within the science and technology
fields. Mac is a veteran of the United States Navy having
served for four years in the Meteorological Service and
over twenty years in civil service operations at the Portsmouth
Naval Shipyard. Mac received his undergraduate degree in
accounting from Franklin Pierce University.
